YAKACIK VALVES A.S. is an integrated facility consists of a casting shop, machining shop, dye house and an assembling shop. In our firm, we are casting iron (GLJ 250), steel (1,0619) and stainless steel (1,4408 – 1,4086). Melting process realization is being done in the 2 induction forges we own. When the waste and scrap filled forges reaches the temperature of 1550 – 1650 centigrade degrees casting begins. Before the casting initiates all analyze results of the forges are measured by spectrometer. If the values of the measurements meets the quality standards casting process is permitted to commence. For those measurements that don’t meet the quality standards, necessary arrangements are done for the forge and get analyzed again and passing to casting after the verification of these analyzes. Analyze results, casting temperature, quantity of used material at the melting protocol, mechanical test results of the materials (draft, rupture, extension, yield point, temper), anneal data for steel materials and branding is being followed from the computer by a given charge number to each forge. All of the steels casted by YAKACIK VALVES are being passed through the tempered normalization process.
